About us
In November 2009, we set up our own company to provide our services to automotive suppliers. We offer our customers our know-how in the areas of development, prototyping, pre- and mass-produced products.
Furthermore, we have experience in start-up support in Germany as well as abroad.
As specialists in cutting and design development, as well as the carrier structure and lamination of carrier parts, we have extensive product knowledge in the areas of all instrument panels, carrier panels, center consoles, seats and steering wheels, carpets and shelves.
For our well-known first-tier customers, we have implemented projects in the premium segment for Daimler AG, AMG, Porsche, BMW, Ferrari, Citroen and Nissan.
Of course we also offer you our professional services on site.
We offer exclusive leather interiors for vehicles and other interior furnishings such as
seating systems
instrument panels
door panels
center consoles
Shelves and other coverings
seat covers
Control buttons
steering wheels
We also offer the development of leather, PVC, PU, TPU, carbon, textile surfaces, as well as the processing of soft-touch materials (spacer fabrics, cut foams and other elastic materials).
Our team is capable of existing serial carriers, e.g. with fabric or slush surface, constructive adapt so that a leathering is possible. Here, among other things, suture trenches are introduced, match edges added and reductions of the raw beam made, so that an assembly is guaranteed.
